French Crepe Recipe

French Crepes


Flour – 200gm
Milk – 400ml
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Eggs – 2pcs.
Pinch of salt
Pinch of ground nutmeg
Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp.
Butter (for frying)


1. Mix all the ingredients into a smooth batter
2. Heat pan to medium heat, then add a smidgen of butter
3. Spread crepe batter evenly onto the pan, cook for around 30 seconds and flip
4. Serve with toppings of your choice: jam, chocolate, fruits, cinnamon-sugar mix, ice cream, etc.

Prep time: 20 minutes
Servings: Around 10 thin crepes
Tip: If you like your crepe to be filled with salty toppings (like cheese or ham), leave out the vanilla sugar
